Management Board

Ingo Hartlief (FRICS)
Ingo Hartlief has been Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Invest Alternatives (formerly Wealthcap) since September 2023. He coordinates the executive management and is responsible for Sales, Product Strategy, and Finance.
Ingo Hartlief began his career in 1991 in the Group Development staff department at VEBA AG (now E.ON). This was followed by various positions as Managing Director at Veba Immobilien, now Vonovia. In 2002, he joined the real estate capital management companies of Union Investment as Managing Director. In 2010, he moved to the Corpus Sireo Group (now Swiss Life Asset Managers) as Co-CEO, where he also founded, among other things, the German Swiss Life real estate KVG. Most recently, he served as CEO of Demire AG.
Ingo Hartlief completed his degree in Business Administration in Cologne, with time spent in New York, graduating in 1991 with a Diplom-Kaufmann degree. Following various real estate-related executive education programs, including at EBS, INSEAD, and Harvard, he was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2016. He is a personal member of the Institute for Corporate Governance in the German Real Estate Industry and serves on several additional advisory boards.

Johannes Seidl (MRICS)
Johannes Seidl has been a Managing Director at UniCredit Invest Alternatives (formerly Wealthcap) since 2023. In this role, he is responsible for portfolio, asset, and transaction management for real estate and alternative investments.
Mr. Seidl has been with the company for more than eight years, most recently serving as Head of Portfolio Management & Financing Real Estate. Prior to that, he worked as a Real Estate Fund Manager before assuming responsibility as Team Head of Portfolio Management Real Estate in 2019.
He began his professional career at KPMG, where he worked as a management consultant in Atlanta, USA, and Munich in the Corporate Finance Real Estate division, focusing on areas such as real estate valuation, restructuring, and transaction advisory.
Johannes Seidl holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, is a Real Estate Economist (IREBS), and has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2012.
